By following precautions we can stay safe from the virus:

- Set apart toothbrushes. If a house member has got a flu or cold, it’s suggested to isolate their toothbrush from the rest of the brushes to avoid germ spreading. When the family member gets well then replace his/her toothbrush with a new one.
- Wash bed sheets/ pillow cases frequently.
- Clean your humidifier. Humidifiers assist soothe sinuses and nasal passages. But if you are using your humidifier on a daily basis, then you have once a day vacant the tank and then clean and dry.
- Keep the remotes clean, if any member of the family is sick and using TV remote then clean it when they use it.
- Put a small wastebasket in the room with a plastic filling for all used tissues, and empty it daily.
- Stay home when you are sick avoid unnecessary traveling and outside chores.
- Cover your mouth and nose
- Get Enough of sleep, be active physically, handle your stress, drink enough of fluids and eat healthy and nutritious food.
